The NGO Association of Fisheries of Gulf of Liivi is committed to introducing Estonian fish and excellent dishes of fish on the Estonian Gastronomy Trail. Already for eight years, the Travelling Café of Baltic Herring of the Gulf of Liivi has been present in various events all across Estonia and has been offering fish tasting experiences.
